Leo He
Hey, I’m Leo He, a junior at Amador Valley High School. I am your current M4A Co-President. Before this, I was the co-founder of M4A’s mathematics division and communications director. In my free time, I enjoy playing the piano and fencing. This year, I hope to bring even greater diversity to our programs and opportunities.
Kevin Phongsa
My name is Kevin Phongsa and I’m a junior at DVHS. As VP of external affairs for M4A, my goals are to find more opportunities for us to share our passion and also to find more people who want to join us. I’m always willing to listen and talk to someone, so feel free to reach out whether it be about games, violin, or school, I'm here to keep our community vibrant.
Isaac Kim
Hey, I’m Isaac Kim, a senior at Dublin High School. I’m your current Vice President of Internal Affairs, the founder and advisor for the M4A Mathematics Division, and M4A’s Orchestra Leader. Having been in M4A for five years, I played at many Senior Center performances with my violin, and this year I hope that our passion for music will spread not only within our organization but also onto the community.

Hi! My name is Amelia Im and I will be a junior in the upcoming 2023-24 school year. I’m excited to be part of the M4A leadership board, serving as Secretary. I’ve been a part of M4A for around two years, and look forward to working towards its growth. In my free time, I enjoy playing violin, reading, drawing, and taking care of plants.

Hey! My name is Cathy Zhao and this year I’ll be one of your music program directors. I’m currently a junior in high school and I’ve been in Music 4 America for around 3 years. Hi! I’m Jinghan Li, a sophomore at Amador Valley High School. I’m excited to be able to work with Music 4 America this year as the Director of Photography and Video production! I’ve been playing the violin for around 9 years and I love listening to music.
Annelise Im
Hello! My name is Annelise Im and I am a junior at Dublin High School. I have been playing the cello for 7 years, and have been a member of the M4A Orchestra and the Oakland Symphony Youth Orchestra for 2 years. This year, I will be on the leadership board as your Senior Center Assistant Lead/Junior Officer. When I’m not playing cello, I enjoy volunteering at the DublinSPCA and baking.
Nathan Xu
My name is Nathan Xu (Class of 2026) and I will be a sophomore at Quarry Lane. I have been with Music 4 America for around a year and look forward to becoming a junior officer. I started practicing piano when I was 5 years old and some of my hobbies include basketball, drawing, and playing with my cat.

My name is Andrew Park. I am a senior at Las Lomas High School and your Webmaster for the 2023-2024 year. I have been a part of M4A since 8th grade and am part of the Music 4 America Orchestra. I look forward to working with my fellow officers and continuing to develop M4A.

Hi my name is Annie Zhang and I will be a junior in Monte Vista High School next year. I’ve been in M4A for about 2 years, and I will become a junior officer this year. I do singing and drawing. Some of my hobbies are doing karaokes, listening to music, playing tennis, drawing portraits, shopping, and hanging out with my friends.

Hello! My name is Philip Liu. I am a freshman at Amador Valley High School in Pleasanton, and I am a junior officer on the M4A officer team. I’ve been a part of the M4A organization for about a year, and I am excited to continue volunteering for our community. Some of my hobbies include listening to music, reading, playing the trumpet, and playing video games.
Jasmine Ye
Hi! My name is Jasmine Ye and I am one of the Junior Officers of Music4America. This is my fourth year at M4A. I am 13 years old and an 8th grader at DES. For about 8 years, I have played piano and violin. My hobbies include reading, writing, drawing and swimming. I also love playing with my cats. I hope everyone at M4A will have a spectacular year!
